一馬新材料有限公司歷經(jīng)多年的發(fā)展，已經(jīng)培養(yǎng)出一支有高級工程師領(lǐng)班的技術(shù)過硬、愛崗敬業(yè)的配色技術(shù)隊(duì)伍，可及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地開發(fā)調(diào)配各種基料的不同顏色品種。
配色檢測設(shè)備
一馬新材料有限公司配色資源硬件已進(jìn)行大筆資金投入，現(xiàn)有配色專用注塑機(jī)3臺，專用配色模具4套，并配置了高精度進(jìn)口色差儀兩臺，其中美國產(chǎn)MODEL COLOR I5D一臺，德國產(chǎn)BYK6831色彩精靈一臺，分光光度儀Data Color 600一臺，及顏色耐老化、耐水煮、耐遷移、耐候性、耐熱性等試驗(yàn)輔助設(shè)備。
顏色控制
一馬新材料有限公司產(chǎn)品顏色穩(wěn)定主要得益于嚴(yán)格過程控制，我們重點(diǎn)控制三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)：
1、在一定的時(shí)間段，客戶要保持產(chǎn)品顏色標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的唯一性，并確定供需雙方都接受的、合理的、明確的色差控制范圍；
2、嚴(yán)格的過程控制和出貨把關(guān)，公司出貨產(chǎn)品顏色目測和儀器檢測同時(shí)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，否則不予放行；
3、同客戶保持友好溝通、及時(shí)預(yù)防和消化客戶因工藝、設(shè)備、模具導(dǎo)致的顏色波動(dòng)。
顏色品種
一馬新材料有限公司以產(chǎn)品多品種、科技含量高來滿足不同客戶的需求。在一馬產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)不斷升級轉(zhuǎn)型的歷程中，曾生產(chǎn)PP、PC、PBT、PA、PPO、ABS、HIPS等系列品種 ,產(chǎn)品牌號達(dá)千種之多。產(chǎn)品多品種必然帶動(dòng)顏色多品種，到目前為止 ,一馬已經(jīng)開發(fā)生產(chǎn)的顏色品種有２０００多種。
Color Variety
Yima New Materials Co., Ltd. satisfies the needs from different customers with abundant product variety and high technology content. In the history of Yima product structure upgrading and transforming, the company has produced serial species such as PP, PC, PBT, PA, PPO, ABS and HIPS, covering over 1000 product
brands. Abundant product variety leads to abundant color variety; so far, Yima has developed and produced over 2000 types of colors.
Color Matching Ability
Through years of development, Yima New Materials Co., Ltd. has developed a skillful and devoted color matching team lead by senior engineers, which can develop and deploy various binders of different colors timely and accurately.
Color-Matching Testing Equipment
Yima New Materials Co., Ltd. has invested large sums of money in color-matching resource hardware, and now owns 3 color-matching dedicated injection molding machines, 4 sets of dedicated color-matching molds.The company has also deployed a spectrophotometer--Data Color 600, 2 high precision imported colorimeters including MODEL COLOR I5D from America and BYK6831 Color Master from Germany, and
other auxiliary equipment for testing aging resistance, boiling resistance, transference resistance, weather resistance and heat resistance of colors.
Color Control
The color stability in Yima New Materials Co., Ltd. products mainly benefits from the stringent process control. We focus on controlling 3 steps:a.At a certain time, customers need to maintain the uniqueness in color standards of the product, and confirm a control range of aberration that is reasonable, specific and acceptable by both the seller and the buyer.
b.Monitor process control and shipment strictly; in case that either the visual inspection or the instrument examination of the colors of the delivered products fails to meet the standards at the same time, the shipment would not be released.
c.Keep good communication with the customers, prevent and manage the color fluctuation caused by the customer’s technique, equipment and mold in time.
